SCHOOL FEES

Please ensure that your commitment to payment of school fees is met as per your School Fee Agreement. All Diocesan School Fee Agreements should have now been returned to the school office. If you have NOT entered into this agreement and you owe school fees then your account must be finalised by this Friday, 7 June. Appointments will be made with Mr Devlin if your account remains outstanding.

Grade Mass

Year 4 will celebrate Mass on Friday 7 June at 9:30 am in Picton Church.

Assembly

Our next school assembly will be led by Year 1 on Friday 14 June at 2.15 pm

School Photos Friday 7 June

School Photo envelopes were sent home Wednesday, 8 May, 2019 with a note explaining details of how to order and the timetable for the day. Please note that we would prefer online payments but if you would rather return your envelopes to school we do not accept cash, only cheque or money order. Family envelopes are available from the school office.

Uniform Shop

The uniform shop, located in the school hall will be open every Friday morning between 9:00am - 10:00am. The uniform shop will also be open on Wednesday weeks, 8, 9 & 10 (for end of Term Two)

Student Image Consent Forms

Photo consent forms were sent home with students Yrs 1 - 6 last week, please fill in your child's form and return it to school by Friday 7 June 2019. If we have not received a signed consent form for your child we will legally have to mark your child as NOT ALLOWED to have their photo taken for school and diocesan publications.

Netball Gala Day

This year we have nine teams selected for the Netball Gala Day - all of which require a Manager. If you child has been selected to play and you can assist on the day please let Mrs Bull know as soon as possible.

Before and After School Care

Our before and after school care service is operational in the school hall. The hours of operation are Before School Care: 7 am - 9 am and After School Care: 3 pm - 6:30 pm. Permanent and casual places are available.
