I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate our students who recently received their First Holy Communion and to their families who prepared them. I would also like to publicly thank our staff, Mrs Prioste and Mrs Stradmann who celebrated Mass with the candidates and facilitated the ‘conversation sessions’ as a way of supporting the parish families in the weeks leading up to this blessed Sacrament. It would also be remiss of me not to acknowledge the efforts of Mrs Campbell, Mrs Jackson, Mrs Villanti, Mrs Cordingley, Mrs Ferguson and Mr Devlin. 

As the Covid restrictions begin to ease we find ourselves at a crossroad. For many of us attending Mass and celebrating the Eucharist has been paused and we now find ourselves with the opportunity to rediscover our faith and our partnership with the parish. The new Sacramental preparation format of celebrating ‘in communion with each other and our Lord’ through the celebration of weekly Mass and the ‘Conversation Sessions’ have been a huge success. 

Thank you for your continued commitment to leading by example and showing your child the value of being involved in the life of the local Christian community. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete the survey that was recently emailed to you so that we can continue to develop our Sacramental programs.

We look forward to continuing to celebrate the Eucharist with you and your family during future weekend Masses.
