Wollondilly Council has advised the school of the scheduled road closure of Menangle Street Picton between Colden and Argyle Streets on Saturday 21 May between the hours of 6:00 am and 12:00 midnight for the Wollondilly Illuminate Festival of Art and Light.

Illuminate Schedule is as follows:

Friday 20 May :

• Set up in morning, Menangle St and Mary Mackillop Lane. (Scaffold towers, generators etc..)
• Lantern Parade: - 6pm at Picton Botanic Gardens. Stage three students who have nominated to participate in the parade, a note will be coming home tomorrow.
• Our Amazing Sculpture & Lantern Display also in the botanic gardens as well as the opening of Illuminate will be from 6pm
• Our long table dinner is also on at the Botanic gardens from 6pm (tickets can be purchased by contacting the events team)

Saturday 21 May:

• Main festival from 12pm-9pm (Menangle St Picton)
• Sculpture & Lantern Display Botanic Gardens 6pm -9pm
• Family Carnival 12pm - 9pm
• Street Fair with 100+ market stalls in Menangle Street & St Mary McKillop Lane
• Illuminate Wollondilly Music Festival

Sunday 22 May :

• Jazz & Swing Afternoon in the Botanic Gardens 12pm  - 4pm
